The Admin and Employee Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our IL site. This position involves a mix of administrative work, office management, and enhancing employee experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage first-line soft services to the IL site, full responsibility for managing the office, and all external vendors
  • Provide general admin support to the IL site
  • Be responsible for all travel and expenses arrangements
  • Act as the main focal point for vendors and service providers
  • Develop, Implement and organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage company calendars and schedule meetings
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
  • Manage employee welfare and benefits plan & Budget
  • Facilitate and manage all employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, off-boarding, anniversaries, and other key milestones
  • Organize office events, celebrations, and team-building activities
  • Assist in implementing company policies and maintaining a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels and across functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take on extra responsibilities
  • Excellent English level 
  • Availability for part-time position (80%)
