We are on the hunt for an Engineering Team Lead for a motivated Engineering Team to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our products architecture. A leader who is passionate about making a tangible impact with a keen eye on product and exceptional business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of experienced developers, promoting a culture of excellence and ownership, guiding the team towards timely and valuable delivery
- Design and Management: Lead the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of the product, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security
- Product Orientation: Strategically prioritize development tasks to align with business objectives, ensuring maximum value and relevance to the product
Requirements:
- Startup Experience: 3+ years in fast-paced/start-up environments
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a leadership role, with a history of developing high-performing teams
- Product and Business Orientation: Proven ability to align development efforts with business goals
- Backend Development Expertise: 6+ years of engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python
- Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in AWS
