We are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead multiple product teams. The ideal candidate must have a startup mindset, be product-oriented. He/She will also have to be proficient in AWS services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple product teams and ensure that they collaborate effectively with each other
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the engineering department
- Drive the execution of the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Must have a startup mindset and be product-oriented
- Proficiency in AWS services is required
