General Manager

Sedric’s award-winning compliance excellence platform ensures consumer protection, minimizes risks, and expedites growth for fintech companies by offering off-the-shelf guidelines and AI-based detection mechanisms that alert stakeholders in real-time on violations and risks and provide suggestions for remediation steps.

Sedric’s General Manager will be the first man on the ground to establish the strategy, presence, and execution of Sedric in North America. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of the company’s strategy in North America
  • Building Sedric’s North America site
  • Drive key sales/partner relationships
  • Working closely with the global team for KPI execution
  • Continue to work in an agile manner to attain company goals
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Proven experience in sales/ business development positions
  • Experience in planning and managing budgets
  • Experience in business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
